Cancellation Policy

Shlok A-1 Saree

At Shlok A-1 Saree, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work for both prepaid and COD orders.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a) Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp / Call with your order number.
  • If the order has not been packed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund (for prepaid orders).

b) After Dispatch

  • Once your order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  • You may still request a return after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).

2. Cancellation of COD Orders

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once the delivery rider is out for delivery.
  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in blocking of COD services for that customer.

3. Cancellation by Shlok A-1 Saree

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock
  • Payment not confirmed
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Fraudulent orders or suspicious activity

In such cases, customers will be notified via WhatsApp/SMS/Call.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For Prepaid Orders:

  • If cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days.

For COD Orders:

  • No refund is applicable as no payment was taken at checkout.
