At Shlok A-1 Saree, we aim to deliver your favourite sarees safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Delivery Areas
- Currently, we deliver within 30–40 km radius of our store in Taloja, Maharashtra.
- All local deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery partner.
- Pan-India shipping will begin after GST activation and will be fulfilled via trusted courier partners.
2. Delivery Time
Local Delivery (Taloja & Nearby Areas)
- Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days.
- Same-day delivery may be available for urgent requests (subject to availability).
Pan-India Delivery (After GST Activation)
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days, depending on pin code and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Local delivery (30–40 km radius): Charges vary depending on distance & order size.
- Prepaid Orders: Customer pays online; store handles shipping payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours.
5. Order Tracking
- For local deliveries, tracking updates will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
- For courier deliveries (after GST activation), a tracking link will be provided via SMS/Email.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
- If the customer is unavailable, the package may return to us. A re-delivery charge may apply.
7. Wrong Address or Contact Details
- Shlok A-1 Saree is not responsible for delays caused due to:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong mobile number
- Unreachable customer
- In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Damaged / Open Package at Delivery
If your parcel appears open, tampered, or damaged, please:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Take a photo/video and

We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
9. International Shipping
- At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
- Worldwide shipping will be introduced soon.
